Job summary

TemperPack is seeking a Process Engineer to participate in the full life cycle of new manufacturing processes and equipment. You will test, deploy, and continuously improve processes, while collaborating with R&D and operations on product development testing.

Safety leadership is emphasized across all project phases as you support throughputs and risk assessments. The role reports to the Process Engineering Manager and is based in Las Vegas, NV.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (or related STEM) and/or equivalent experience.
• Industrial experience in Process Engineering is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute process and formulation trials.
• Collect and analyze data to drive improvements.
• Support manufacturing deployment and continuous improvement, including night/weekend shifts if required.
• Write and edit SOPs and process documentation.
