TemperPack is seeking a Process Engineer in Las Vegas, NV to participate in innovative manufacturing processes. The role involves testing and continuous improvement projects, collaborating on prototyping, and demonstrating safety leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a BS in Engineering and over 5 years of industrial experience, including strong problem-solving and data analysis skills. They will work in a dynamic team environment, contributing to key processes and standards.
As a Process Engineer you will participate in the full life cycle of novel and innovative manufacturing processes and equipment. Your role will focus on testing, deployment and continuous improvement projects. You will also collaborate with the team on the invention, prototyping, development, installation, and testing of processes and mechanical systems. At all times, you will provide safety leadership by observing and adhering to safety regulations throughout all project phases.

We design and manufacture innovative, sustainable packaging components for cold-chain shipping of food and pharmaceutical products.
