Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of process engineering experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and work under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals and proficiency in Microsoft Office, PLC, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead process design reviews and product/process qualification.
• Train production personnel on Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Educate plant and suppliers on quality policies.
• Conduct internal compliance audits of production tests.
• Coordinate plant trials with R&D and plant personnel.
