Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of engineering fundamentals.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, PLC and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead process design reviews and material qualifications.
• Perform PPA/FMEA on major process or material changes.
• Train production personnel in SPC.
• Standardize SOPs and work instructions to optimize productivity and control costs.
• Analyze processes and equipment to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
• Coordinate plant trials with R&D and production staff.
