Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Reliability Engineering.
5+ years of directly managing multiple large projects.
5+ years of experience in material handling equipment (MHE) or automation environments.
Experience with automated material handling equipment and reliability/maintenance environments.

Responsibilities

Design new processes or modify existing ones focusing on equipment, workflows, and material flow.
Ensure quality and safety, develop testing methods and investigate issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure safety, quality and efficiency gains and communicate complex info.
Monitor process performance and analyze data to drive improvements.
Leverage process simulation tools and explore new technologies to boost efficiency.
