Job summary

You will lead design, development, and delivery of advanced sortation and distribution solutions, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring timely handovers.

Daily you will manage schedules, risks, and deliverables while communicating status to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other STEM field.
• 3+ years of industrial/operations/engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with material handling equipment (MHE) and automated handling systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of cross-functional projects from initiation to handover across internal/external teams.
• Participate in engineering reviews and influence system architecture and facility processes.
• Set priorities, milestones, and schedules with stakeholders; mitigate dependencies and risks.
