Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Materials), Physics, or Chemistry.
• 5+ years' experience in manufacturing environments with hands-on engineering work in relevant industries.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of hardware and process interaction with the final product.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct process engineering support across functional areas for fuel cell manufacturing.
• Address production issues in real-time and analyze data to disposition actions.
• Collect and analyze data for operational metrics and performance, driving improvements.
• Define preventive and corrective actions to eliminate root causes of failures.
• Develop and sustain processes, procedures, and related documentation.
• Provide training to production teams on procedures and reaction plans.
• Collaborate with Quality, Product Development, and Manufacturing to deliver efficiency improvements.
