• Respond promptly to production line down scenarios, such as measurements out of spec, defects observed at automated visual inspection or manual visual inspection, defects on incoming parts, etc. Assess the situation, determine root cause, and adjust parameters to return process under control and resume volume production. Document activities appropriately.
• Understand and react to abnormal events and coordinate containment and countermeasure activities in a cross functional environment.
• Communicate clearly to co-workers and send out daily reports to team.

Shift Schedule:

This position will work the day shift, 6am - 6pm, Thursday- Saturday including every alternating Wednesday.

We are looking for a Process Technician to join our team in one of today's most exciting technologies. This role will report to Factory Engineering Director and based in Fremont, CA. This is a fully on-site, in office role 5 days a week.

Qualifications:

Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• technical certifications or relevant coursework with at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing or related environment.
• Hands on experience in thin-film processes
• Hands on experience with operating and troubleshooting of high precision machinery

Salary Ranges:

$28.02 - $40.32
