Qualifications

• BS/MS in Engineering or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with databases, SPC, DOE, and data analysis.
• 5+ years in manufacturing with hands-on engineering.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot to root cause.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct process engineering support across multiple functional areas for fuel cell manufacturing.
• Address production issues in real-time; collect and analyze data and disposition accordingly.
• Analyze data for operational metrics and drive tool matching and improvements.
• Define preventive and corrective actions to eliminate root causes.
• Develop and sustain processes, operating procedures, and related documentation.
• Provide training to production team on procedures and reaction plans.
• Work in cross-functional teams to develop procedures and improve efficiency.
