Job summary

TechniBlend, Inc. is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to design, optimize, and implement fluid and thermal process systems for the food and beverage industry.

You will lead projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving efficiency and cost improvements. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in process engineering for food or dairy systems and proficiency with CFD, heat/mass transfer, CIP, pasteurization, and hygienic design principles.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering (or related field).
• 5+ years in process engineering for food & beverage or dairy systems.
• Experience with heat/mass transfer, CFD, hygienic design, and process equipment selection.

Responsibilities

• Design and interpret PFDs and P&IDs, and perform mass/energy balances.
• Size and specify pumps, valves, heat exchangers, CIP, pasteurizers, filtration.
• Lead projects from concept through commissioning, including BOM and vendor evaluations.
• Conduct root cause analyses, process capability studies, and risk assessments.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
