Job summary

BCT LLC is seeking a Process Engineer to join our team in Maryland. The role focuses on applying process improvement methods to enterprise-level processes and coordinating cross-team activities to achieve integration and improved performance.

The candidate should have an active TS/SCI with POLY and substantial experience in facilitation, training, and process engineering across acquisition programs. Six-figure salary is expected with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years' experience with Process Improvement on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Past five years must include three (3) years of facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation.
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or education from an accredited college is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans for process assessments, informal and formal.
• Lead assessment teams and analyze results to guide improvement plans.
• Coordinate and schedule process assessments.
• Provide group facilitation and knowledge transfer between teams.
