Job summary

Belay Technologies is seeking a Process Engineer (PE) to join our intel team in Maryland. This role supports system engineers with process management, design, and reviews, applying PI and engineering methods to align enterprise processes.

The PE will facilitate project teams, transfer new processes to teams, and coordinate between multiple groups for enterprise-wide integration of engineering efforts. A strong background in process improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• 10 years' experience in Process Improvement on programs with similar scope.
• Bachelor’s Degree in CS/IS/Engineering/Business from an accredited college is required.

Responsibilities

• Support system engineers with process management, design, and reviews.
• Apply process improvement practices and engineering methodologies enterprise-wide.
• Facilitate project teams and transfer new processes through training and knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration.
