Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to own the end-to-end process lifecycle from development through scale-up and production readiness at our Pueblo, CO site. You’ll work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Safety, and Compliance to deliver safe, reliable manufacturing for energetic materials.

The role requires 7+ years in process/manufacturing engineering (or 5 years with an MSc) and a strong background in Lean/Six Sigma, SOPs, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Requires 7+ years in process/manufacturing engineering or an advanced degree with equivalent experience.
• Experience leading process development and scale-up from feasibility to production qualification.
• Strong communication skills and ability to write SOPs and technical docs.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end process lifecycle from development to production readiness with cross-functional teams.
• Design and implement manufacturing processes, tooling, and systems for energetic materials.
• Lead transition of energetic processes from development to full production with controls and gates.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma to improve safety, quality, reliability, cost, and throughput; report KPIs.
• Create, review, and maintain SOPs and technical documentation to production standards.
• Prepare reports and presentations for planning, budgeting, and milestones.
