Qualifications

• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience with a related post-secondary degree.
• Deep understanding of business analysis and project delivery practices across the lifecycle.
• Knowledge of business/group processes, controls, risk and compliance.
• Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical/problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to influence, negotiate and align stakeholders.
• Experience applying Design Thinking principles.
