Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in process engineering or transformation.
- Strong knowledge of process design and improvement.
- Ability to build business cases and roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Designs, develops, tests, implements, measures and manages processes.
- Provides strategic input into business decisions as a trusted advisor.
- Leads change management programs and develops transformation roadmaps.
- Develops business cases, identifies needs and ROI for initiatives.
