Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically between 5–7 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in related field.
• Deep understanding of and problem solving ability within business groups.
• Knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices and standards across the lifecycle.
• Understanding of risk, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication, collaboration and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, tests, implements, measures and manages processes aligned with business strategy.
• Acts as advisor to assigned business/group and negotiates to achieve objectives.
• Creates change management plans, readiness assessments and stakeholder communications.
• Supports execution of strategic initiatives with internal/external stakeholders.
• Documents end-user materials and trains process owners.
