Job summary

Harris & Co Executive Search partners with a well-established food manufacturer in Indiana to hire a Process Engineer who will own capital projects, drive process improvements and plant performance in a high-volume setting.

This hands-on role covers design through startup, with responsibilities including leading project scopes, specs, bids and schedules, and providing technical support for pumps, valves, instrumentation, and sanitary piping. Sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working hands-on within a FMCG/manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience across design, project management, and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects from preliminary scope through startup.
• Develop project scopes, equipment specs, bid packages, budgets and schedules with stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on technical support for pumps, valves, instrumentation, pneumatics, process equipment and sanitary piping.
