Job summary

Harris & Co Executive Search partners with a well-established food manufacturer in Indiana to hire a Process Engineer who will own capital projects, drive process improvements and plant performance in a high-volume setting.

I’m exclusively partnered with a well-established food manufacturer that’s looking to hire a Process Engineer to take ownership of capital projects, process improvements and plant performance within a high-volume manufacturing environment.

It’s a hands‑on opportunity with real responsibility for improving efficiency, yield and reliability while delivering projects from concept through startup.

The role:

• Lead capital projects from preliminary scope and cost estimates through detailed design, procurement, installation, commissioning and startup.
• Develop project scopes, equipment specifications, bid packages, budgets and schedules while coordinating contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide hands‑on technical support for pumps, valves, instrumentation, pneumatics, process equipment and sanitary piping systems.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working hands‑on within an FMCG/Manufacturing environment. This role is predominantly on their manufacturing sites
• Strong experience across design, project management, and implementation
