The Wilmington Trust Institutional Services (IS) division is experiencing rapid business growth and has initiated a strategic program of continuous improvement to support the growth objectives. The goals of the program are to reduce operational issues and risks by standardizing processes, implementing best-practices in key areas, and adding new governance and control functions. In addition, long term digital transformation is required to grow revenue through new and transformed digital-first trust and agency service products, to move from a product-centric to client-centric operating model, to move from market-specific to global solutions, and to dramatically lower the cost to serve. These two strategic focus areas are driving growth in overall business investment.
Overview: We are seeking a Senior Business Process Engineer to join our Corporate Trust and Agency Services team. This role will focus on end-to-end process redesign to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen risk controls, and improve client experience. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) and Microsoft Visio, with a proven track record of mapping and optimizing complex processes.
This position executes process re-engineering projects impacting multiple business lines within Institutional Services to improve efficiency, reduce expenses and provide improved service to customers.
M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $118,200.00 - $197,000.00 Annual (USD). The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
