Job summary

M2X Energy Inc. is seeking a Senior Process Engineer for Biofuels Operations in Rockledge, FL. The role encompasses design, commissioning, startup, and ongoing performance improvements across RNG and bio-methanol facilities.

The ideal candidate will lead process design, simulations, and field support, coordinating with operators and vendors. Travel to project sites is expected, with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemical Engineering with 10+ years of gas processing/renewable fuels experience.
• Hands-on design/operating experience with PSA, TSA, membranes and related equipment.
• Experience with PFDs/P&IDs, heat and material balances, and BOMs; strong field/travel capability.
• Proficiency with process simulators (HYSYS, Aspen, Pro/II).
• Strong collaboration with operators, vendors, and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations support and root-cause analysis for site performance.
• Develop and maintain process designs, PFDs, P&IDs, and heat/material balances.
• Support commissioning, startup, and testing with vendors and operators.
• Lead process safety reviews (HAZOP/PHA) and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive debottlenecking and reliability projects to improve throughput and methane recovery.
