Job summary

M2X Energy Inc. in Florida seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead design, development, and manufacturing of modular, mobile gas-to-methanol process equipment.

You will translate process designs into detailed mechanical designs, create 3D models, and guide prototypes to scalable products with a hands-on approach. The role requires expertise in mechanical assembly, fabrication, and knowledge of manufacturing processes, with emphasis on quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering required at minimum bachelor level.
• 5+ years in mechanical design/manufacturing engineering for process equipment.
• Experience with fabrication, assembly, and large-scale equipment.
• Proficient with 3D CAD and design for manufacturing practices.
• Hands-on assembly, electrical integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering input to manufacturing and engineering teams.
• Translate P&IDs into repeatable fabrication workflows.
• Design vessels, piping, heat exchangers, and related components.
• Create 3D models, detailed drawings, and assembly instructions.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with ASME, NEC, OSHA standards.
