Job summary

M2X Energy Inc. seeks a Senior Process Engineer to own the process engineering scope for bio-methanol and RNG facilities across life cycle. You will design, commission, startup, and optimize gas conditioning, separation, and conversion units, while mentoring operators and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Chemical Engineering with 10+ years in gas processing, chemicals, refining, or renewable fuels.
• Hands-on design/operating experience with gas separation and treating units (PSA, TSA, membranes, cryogenic).
• Ownership of PFDs, PIDs, heat and material balances, BOMs; active participation in HAZOP.
• Proficient in process simulation software applied to real design and troubleshooting.
• Field commissioning/startup experience and ability to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Act as process engineering point of contact for operating sites and technicians.
• Lead root-cause analysis for deviations and upsets; drive corrective actions to closure.
• Monitor KPIs and translate trends into engineering recommendations.
• Develop and maintain process diagrams, heat/mass balances, BOMs; size equipment.
• Build simulations to size equipment and evaluate design/off-design cases.
• Lead or participate in design reviews, HAZOP/LOPA, and safety analyses.
