Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree and Six Sigma certifications are preferred.
• Experience with GMP and manufacturing process control is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Manufacturing Processes and lead improvement projects.
• Adhere to GMP and safety policies across the plant.
• Oversee operation of plant Manufacturing Processes and Process Control Plans.
• Manage tooling documentation, audits, and change activities.
• Apply statistics to improve process capability and reduce variation.
• Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives.
• Travel up to 10% and perform other duties as assigned.
