Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of related experience and 4+ years of leadership experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 11+ years of specific experience and 6+ years of leadership experience.
• Master’s degree preferred to enhance qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and implement capital expenditure projects to enhance safety, quality and productivity.
• Develop and execute one-year and three-year business plans supporting company objectives.
• Translate plant goals to manufacturing teams and maximize supply chain performance.
