Job summary

Garmin Ltd. is seeking a Senior Process Engineer for our U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area.

You will provide technical leadership and project planning for complex automation initiatives across multiple new products in development. You will influence design for manufacturability, model and test processes, and collaborate with product design and automation teams to deliver robust manufacturing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with 5+ years experience or combination
• Strong communication skills across teams
• Proven ability to plan, lead and deliver complex projects

Responsibilities

• Lead research and development of new automation concepts
• Design and integrate equipment components into production
• Mentor junior engineers and provide project planning guidance
• Interact with design engineers to ensure manufacturability and FA/DOE practices
• Develop basic software applications and automation tools
• Ensure compliance with product design specifications
