Qualifications

• Hands-on automation experience involving robotics and industrial controls.
• Experience with 2D/3D CAD design software (AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS).
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated solutions for manufacturing and distribution.
• Develop mechanical, electrical, safety, PLC/HMI/robotic programming aspects.
• Generate revision-controlled design and user documentation.
• Participate in design reviews and present solutions to team and management.
• Troubleshoot and continuously improve existing automation systems.
• Collaborate with project teams across Garmin (Olathe & Taiwan).
