Job summary

The Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer at Keurig Dr Pepper in Knoxville leads advanced optimization of packaging and beverage production processes, partnering across Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain and Engineering to deliver sustainable improvements.

You will analyze process data, drive Lean and TPM initiatives, mentor engineers, and champion data-driven problem solving to improve safety, quality, productivity and cost efficiency across the plant.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in industrial automation or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience leading complex automation projects and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Allen-Bradley PLCs and FactoryTalk.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of manufacturing processes, production data and equipment performance.
• Provide technical leadership for Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
• Mentor engineers and technicians in process improvements and standard work.
• Partner with Maintenance and Engineering to improve reliability and cost performance.
• Develop process metrics, dashboards, and reporting to quantify improvements.
