Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a senior Process Engineer IV to design, develop, and implement advanced technologies and processes for aerospace manufacturing. You will collaborate with Engineering to ensure smooth handoffs of new products and processes, while supporting process optimization and material performance verification.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, a BA/BS in engineering, expertise in statistics, and strong problem-solving and cross-functional

Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience in process engineering or related field.
BA or BS in engineering (Materials, Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical).
Strong statistics, analysis and problem-solving skills; ability to communicate with multiple levels.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement new technologies and processes for product development or enhancements.
Evaluate materials and technologies for use in factory; assess replacements for obsolete materials.
Conduct tests on materials/products to ensure quality; analyze failure data to determine causes and solutions.
Generate technical reports and documentation; collaborate with engineering for handoffs.
