Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in mechanical, electrical, chemical engineering or materials science or related field.
• Experience with CAD software.
• Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Study, analyze and design methods, procedures, processes, layouts, flow, fixtures and tooling as needed to support production.
• Investigate, recommend, and implement manufacturing cost reduction and product improvement programs.
• Identify root cause and corrective actions for manufacturing problems.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers; review and evaluate new product designs or design changes.
• Develop manufacturing operating instructions and track manufacturing metrics.
