What You Will Achieve

You will coordinate the manufacture of key API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) Intermediate processes, providing technical support to sustain and improve processes. You will focus on safety, quality, supply, and cost, and develop Cost Improvement Projects (CIP).

As a Senior Associate, your skills will contribute to team goals, meet targets, and facilitate communication and consensus among teams. Your efforts will help Pfizer achieve milestones and support global patients.

How You Will Achieve It

• Lead product manufacturing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring quality and EHS compliance.
• Contribute to being a best-in-class manufacturing site producing high-quality products safely.
• Utilize the IMEx way of working for operations, problem solving, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing instructions and SOPs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot process control systems.
• Investigate quality and EHS issues.
• Implement preventive measures for processing issues.
• Ensure safety and GMP standards are met.
• Manage equipment and GMP systems, ensuring compliance for audits.
• Lead and coach junior engineers, manage complex issues, and drive projects.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work with internal teams such as Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, EHS, and Technical Services, as well as external vendors and suppliers.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical) or Science (Chemistry).
