Calumet, Inc. is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to provide technical process engineering support for the refinery, collaborating with Operations, Maintenance, Environmental and Safety teams.
You will perform process design, debottlenecking, emissions calculations, relief sizing and use simulation tools to optimize unit performance and profitability. This on-site role requires a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering and 8–10+ years of refinery experience, with up to 10% travel and a proven record

The Senior Process Engineer reporting directly to the department manager will provide technical expertise in all aspects of process engineering support relevant for day-to-day, medium and long term activities requiring process engineering support for the refinery.This role will adopt principles of continuous improvement to drive out waste and inefficiency and enhance profitability across the refinery.
