Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Process Engineer to contribute to our EWIMC factory on the first shift. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership skills that support process engineers and the factory team, influencing both within the factory and across the Integrated Product team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain the stability of the production line while driving continuous improvements, manufacturability, and root cause analysis.
2. Partner with suppliers and design teams to ensure designs are producible and maintainable.
3. Lead manufacturing process improvements, resolve production issues, and integrate solutions within a lean manufacturing environment.
4. Collaborate with functions such as supply chain, quality assurance, program office, and NPI engineering.
5. Balance leadership responsibilities with task management as needed.

This role involves working both in office settings and in a production environment onsite full-time during the first shift, due to the need for consistent in-person collaboration.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline and at least 3 years of process engineering or similar experience.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous leadership experience in a high-technology environment.
• Familiarity with Mil-Standards: Mil-STD-883, IPC-610, and soldering standards.
• Ability to obtain a secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AS9100 and AS9145 standards is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Full-Time Salary Range: $95,106 - $161,680. Salary offers depend on factors such as skills, education, experience, and market conditions.
