We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Process Engineer to contribute to our EWIMC factory for the first shift. This individual will demonstrate leadership skills to support process engineers and the factory team. They will influence both the factory team and the Integrated Product team outside the factory.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the stability of a Production Line while continuously driving improvements, manufacturability, and root cause analysis.
• Partner with suppliers and design teams to ensure designs are producible and maintainable.
• Drive manufacturing process improvements, resolve production problems, and implement solutions in a lean manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with functions such as supply chain, quality, program office, NPI engineering, and product engineering.
• Combine leadership responsibilities with task management as needed.

This role requires working onsite in both office and production environments, supporting the factory full time on the first shift.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering Discipline and at least 3 years of process engineering or similar experience.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, judgment, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Previous leadership experience in a high-technology environment.
• Familiarity with Mil-Standards: Mil-STD-883, IPC-610, and soldering standards.
• Ability to obtain a secret security clearance.
