Job summary

Rhodes Wolfe is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead the design and execution of turnkey sanitary processing systems, including skid systems and tank solutions for sanitary manufacturing environments.

You will oversee projects from concept through commissioning, applying strong process engineering expertise and leadership to collaborate with customers and internal teams. This role offers growth toward leadership within an innovative organization focused on process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 7+ years process engineering experience in sanitary industries.
• Experience delivering turnkey skid and tank systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering projects from concept development through commissioning/startup.
• Design complex sanitary process systems, including multi-skid, CIP/SIP, and aseptic processing.
• Review and approve PFDs, P&IDs, process calculations, and engineering deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering team members.
• Lead customer technical discussions, design reviews, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance ASME BPE and other regulatory standards.
• Support proposals, estimates, standardization, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Participate in FAT oversights, commissioning, and onsite startup support.

Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 Base salary + Benefits

Job Type: Full-Time, ~45-55 hours per week

Travel: 20–40% travel within the U.S.
