Essential Qualifications:
1. Rubber Experience: Proficiency in working with rubber materials is imperative.
2. Machine Experience: Expertise in Injection and Compression Molding Machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting is required.
• Note: Familiarity with Blow Molding and Plastic Injection Molding is distinct from our processes.
3. Process Knowledge: Understanding of the rubber molding process and its nuances is crucial.
4. Material Expertise: Experience in processing various rubber materials including Natural, SBR, Nitrile, Chloroprene, Fluorocarbon, Silicone, Fluorsilicone, HNBR, AEM, and ACM.
5. Process Mastery:
• Compression (Essential)
• Transfer Molding (Essential)
• Injection Molding (Trainable)
• Senior Level Experience: A minimum of 5 years of directly relevant work experience is required.
6. Independence: Ability to work autonomously and self-reliance are fundamental attributes.
7. Educational Qualification: While a college degree is preferred, relevant work experience can be considered in its absence.
8. Fast-Paced Environment: Adaptability to a dynamic work environment with frequent job and mold changes is essential.
