CelLink Corporation seeks a Staff Engineer, Process Development to lead the development, optimization, scale-up, and industrialization of manufacturing processes for coatings, films, polymers, laminations, and adhesive systems on the production floor.

You will partner with R&D, Process, Equipment, Automation, Quality, and Operations to move technologies from concept to pilot and production release, using DOE, thermodynamics, and heat transfer to establish robust process windows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or related technical discipline
• 7+ years of relevant engineering experience in process development or manufacturing engineering
• Experience with coatings, films, laminates, adhesives, and thermally activated bonding systems, with strong thermodynamics knowledge

Responsabilités

• Lead development and scale-up of roll-to-roll and other coating/lamination processes; translate material and product requirements into scalable manufacturing processes
• Characterize relationships among temperature, pressure, dwell time, line speed, tension, material chemistry, and product performance to set robust process windows
• Design and execute structured experiments (DOE) to evaluate materials, formulations, equipment, and process conditions; troubleshoot and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with R&D, Process, Equipment, Automation & Controls, Quality, Operations, and suppliers to transfer new processes into high-volume manufacturing
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with environmental regulations
