Job summary

CelLink Corporation is seeking a Process Engineer to advance development, optimization, and stabilization of manufacturing processes across product lifecycles. You will troubleshoot, analyze data, and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams to improve yield, quality, and throughput.

The role evolves from entry-level support to senior technical leadership, with responsibility for process improvements, SOP documentation, and training of technicians in a dynamic start-up

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Engineering or related field strongly preferred.
  • 4-5+ years of Process Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Good communication skills, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiar with common workplace software (Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to use engineering computer programs.
  • Good math skills.
  • Knowledge of research and testing methods.
  • Independent problem solver with a desire to learn new skills and new technology.
  • Strong organization skills and detail-oriented mind set.
  • Ability to follow detailed directions.
  • Understanding of engineering concepts.
  • Physical strength and abilities to perform well in the field if necessary.
  • Able to adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced start-up setting.
  • Knowledge of and process experience with adhesives, CMM measurements and/or test equipment.
  • Prior experience with roll-to-roll processing.
  • Prior experience running trials or experiments.
  • Prior experience with lithography or related circuit patterning technology.
  • Prior start-up experience.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor costs and update them as appropriate. Conduct process experiments; collect, organize, and analyze data to inform decisions.
  • Perform hands-on troubleshooting of recipes, tools, or process-related issues.
  • Identify non-conforming product or conditions; conduct root cause analysis.
  • Participate in or lead process improvement projects (e.g., yield, cycle time, cost).
  • Support the development and qualification of new products or tools.
  • Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Train technicians or operators to ensure safe and consistent process execution.
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supplier/vendor teams.
  • Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
  • Live the company culture of integrity, teamwork, self-discipline and professional competence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Work Environment –

Includes both a typical office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues, and a shop environment, with exposure to high noise levels from operating machines, physical hazards from moving equipment and machine parts, nuisance dust, and skin exposure to chemicals used to run/maintain machines.

PPE-

May be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment, including but not limited to safety glasses, safety shoes, bump-caps, gloves, hair nets, masks, & clean-room frocks while adhering to the prescribed safety procedures.
