Job summary

CelLink is seeking a Process Engineer to advance process development, optimization, and stabilization of manufacturing steps across product development and production. The role evolves from entry-level support to technical leadership and project ownership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required or strongly preferred.
4–5+ years of Process Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor costs and update them as appropriate; conduct process experiments; collect, organize, and analyze data to inform decisions.
Perform hands-on troubleshooting of recipes, tools, or process-related issues.
Identify non-conforming product or conditions; conduct root cause analysis.
Lead or participate in process improvement projects (yield, cycle time, cost).
Support development and qualification of new products or tools.
Document and maintain SOPs; train technicians or operators for safe, consistent execution.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supplier/vendor teams.
