Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation seeks a Process Development Engineer III to apply broad engineering principles across projects that introduce new products to manufacturing sites. You will develop processes and equipment, lead cross-functional improvements, and ensure safety, quality, and cost efficiency.

You will evaluate technology trends, author protocols and work instructions, and guide teams through complex manufacturing challenges while maintaining strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related technical field; 5+ years of progressive engineering and/or technically focused roles.
• Strong technical and problem solving foundation with exposure to problem-solving methodologies (6-Sigma, 8D, RCA, 5-Why, Ishikawa).
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coach others; effective written and oral communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop processes and equipment to introduce new products into manufacturing sites to ensure safe, high-quality, cost-effective results.
• Identify and implement process and equipment improvements; optimize production lines and layouts.
• Plan engineering projects with moderate scope, lead cross-functional teams, and contribute to site quality and safety initiatives.
