You will supervise design activities, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure readiness of documentation, test plans, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive engineering experience in related roles.
• Strong problem-solving, design, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new products and processes from concept to manufacturing.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate design activities with other departments.
• Prepare documentation, tests, and work instructions; ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Plan, evaluate process capability, and implement improvements and tooling.
