Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive engineering experience or similar roles.
• Green belt in Six Sigma required, Black belt preferred.
• Familiar with 8D, RCA, 5-Why, Ishikawa, Kepner-Tregoe, and PMP.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles across broad assignments with high impact.
• Lead cross-functional teams on moderate to large projects.
• Develop new approaches and evaluate trends to advance technology.
• Originate protocols, reports, specifications and work instructions.
• Deploy quality systems and drive continuous improvement.
