Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive engineering experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of quality and process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop processes and equipment for new products in manufacturing sites.
• Lead process improvements and optimize plant operations.
• Estimate production times and staffing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with QMS, FDA regulations, safety and quality standards.
• Document protocols, reports, specifications, and work instructions.
