Integer Holdings is seeking an experienced engineer to apply advanced engineering principles across broad assignments and ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded. You will develop new approaches, lead cross-functional projects, and embed quality within the engineering discipline, aligning with QMS and regulatory standards.

The role requires 5+ years of progressive engineering experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to coach others.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive engineering experience.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Experience with quality and process methodologies (Six Sigma, 8D, RCA, 5-Why, Ishikawa, Kepner-Tregoe, PMP) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Apply intensive and diversified engineering knowledge to broad assignments and related fields.
• Develop new approaches to challenging problems and advance Integer's capabilities.
