Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering or related technical field.
• Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive engineering/technical experience.
• Certifications in problem-solving and project management (Six Sigma, PMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to QMS, FDA regulations, safety and quality requirements.
• Lead projects to advance Integer’s technological capabilities.
• Investigate technology and business trends; recommend best practices.
• Develop and implement a wide range of new technologies of significant scope.
• Identify and procure equipment and technology as needed.
• Create and review protocols, reports, and work instructions.
• Plan engineering projects with major impact on programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coach engineers.
• Travel occasionally to support multiple sites.
