Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business process improvement and operational excellence.
• Strong experience in process mapping, process design, and change management.
• Experience facilitating workshops, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional improvements.
• Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience developing workflow automations and operational reporting.
• Experience with Power Automate, Alteryx, Power BI and Tableau.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable improvements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence across matrixed organizations and drive adoption.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
