Job summary

Jobtailor in Oklahoma is seeking a Senior Process Improvement Analyst to analyze existing business processes, develop sustainable, repeatable improvements, and lead cross‑functional initiatives with key partners to ensure project success.

You will apply data analysis using SQL and Python, generate metric reports with Power BI, support business decisions, and drive Maximo-based scheduling and reliability improvements, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of data analysis, project management or process improvement experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related major or equivalent experience
• Excellent organizational/interpersonal skills with safety as utmost priority
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and PC skills
• Proficiency with analytics languages (SQL, Python) and platforms (Power BI, Oracle, Access) preferred
• Process mapping and value stream mapping experience preferred
• Midstream/asset-intensive operations experience and CMMS (Maximo) preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Analyzes existing business processes and assists with developing sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable improvements
• Creates and coordinates process improvement opportunities and researches operational standards to focus on safety, efficiency and cost reduction
• Applies data analysis and technical skills to fulfil data requests, produce metric reports, and support decisions
• Leads multiple company partners to ensure organizational alignment and project success
• Drives development of change management activities
• Deploys Maximo Graphical Assignment / Scheduler to improve scheduling and resource leveling
• Rolls out and optimizes Maximo Mobile for field execution and data capture at the point of work
• Designs and implements a 7-day integrated maintenance schedule and scheduling discipline
• Revises maintenance prioritization and work-prioritization standards (criticality-based)
• Performs reliability strategy reviews and data quality/master-data assessments
• Upgrades Maximo to MAS 9.2 including requirements, testing and adoption
• Other duties as assigned
