Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a data/technical support professional to provide analytical and operational support to the technical service team in Missouri. The role focuses on documenting issues, optimizing tool usage, and planning recurring processes to prevent disruptions.

You will assist frontline teams with basic troubleshooting, create knowledge base articles, and contribute to Lean or Six Sigma driven process improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering, IT, or related field; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical support or data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Basic understanding of automated systems and ERP platforms.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provides analytical and operational support to the technical service team.
• Assists with issue resolution and ensures accurate documentation.
• Analyzes and optimizes the utilization of methods, tools or systems.
• Plans recurring processes and solves immediate issues.
• Supports frontline teams in troubleshooting basic technical problems.
• Creates and maintains knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
• Participates in process improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma principles.
