• Optimize reactions for yield, purity, safety, and scalability; plan for future scale-up.
• Utilize enabling technologies (flow chemistry, photochemistry, electrochemistry, automated synthesis) to accelerate synthesis and robustness.
• Prepare high-quality experimental reports and support tech transfer with CMC colleagues.
