Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Process Analyst to optimize warehouse operations. You will develop dashboards, analyze performance data, and partner with Operations, IT, and Quality to drive efficiency and service levels across receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.

Your role includes leading improvement initiatives, applying Lean/Six Sigma, and supporting automation and digital tools to enable safe, compliant, and reliable distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, or related roles.
• Experience with WMS, ERP, data visualization tools, and process improvement methodologies.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or related certification preferred.
• Strong analytical capability to interpret data and translate findings into operational actions.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes including receiving, put-away, replenishment, slotting, picking, packing, shipping, returns, inventory control, and value-added services.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve warehouse performance dashboards, scorecards, and reports for key metrics (productivity, on-time shipment, inventory accuracy, etc.).
• Analyze data from WMS, ERP, labor tools to identify trends and root causes.
• Translate insights into actionable business cases and plans for leadership.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve throughput.
• Define requirements and support deployment of process or system changes.
