Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
- 4+ years in warehouse operations, distribution, or analytics.
- Experience in a regulated, high-volume distribution setting preferred.
- Familiarity with WMS/ERP and data visualization tools required.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or related certification preferred.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actions.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve warehouse dashboards and reports.
- Analyze data from WMS, ERP, and labor tools to identify bottlenecks.
- Translate insights into business cases and actionable plans.
- Support reviews and leadership updates with timely analysis.
- Lead or support continuous improvement to reduce waste and increase throughput.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design future-state workflows.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Travel occasionally (less than 10%).
